At Atomic Custom Baits, we are dedicated to bringing you exceptional quality products and service. We offer a 90-day money back guarantee of quality. If any Atomic Custom Baits product exhibits defects in materials and workmanship, you may return it in original condition for exchange or refund of your purchase price. Shipping costs are the sole responsibility of the buyer.

Returns Policy

We strive to make our customers happy. Please be sure to contact us to see how we can help you if you have a concern or issue.

Before returning any item, you must contact us first for instructions and a Returned Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#).

Defective items returned to us within 90 days of delivery may be refunded or exchanged for the same item, or with a color substitution with your permission. Refunds will be credited to your PayPal account once your returned item is received.

If you made an error in choosing colors, sizes, or items while placing an order, or have changed your mind after receiving the product and you would like to exchange items, please contact us. We will try to accommodate you, but you will be responsible for costs of shipping the items back to us and shipping the replacement order to you.

If we made an error in your order (we sent the wrong item or wrong color, for example), please contact us immediately to receive an RMA#, then return the mistaken items. We will send out the correct items once your return is received, and pay all shipping costs to correct our error.

Any product that shows signs of use or wear will not be accepted for returns.

Sales Tax

Atomic Custom Baits is based in California. All shipments to a California delivery address are subject to sales tax at the Kern County rate of 8.25%. All other orders are sales tax-free.
